Shane is currently working in Beaumont hospital as an SpR in Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2015 with an Intercalated Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences. He completed my intern year in St. James’s Hospital in Dublin before moving to Australia where he worked as an SHO and subsequently a Registrar on the Neurosurgery Service for Western Australia. In 2018 he returned to Ireland to start his training on the National Surgical Training Scheme. He is now completing his 7th year of training and aiming to sit the fellowship exams in November. His subspecialty of interest is Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery and Facial Aesthetics.
