Trainees from each surgical specialty give talks outlining what the training and career in their chosen specialty is really like, with a breakout session after to provide more informal opportunities for discussion.
The Aspiring Surgeons Research Symposium is a pivotal part of the day, providing an opportunity for students and trainees alike to present original works.
